These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TubeStatPro (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TubeStatPro is a read-only analytics dashboard built on top of the YouTube Data API v3. It fetches publicly available YouTube data in real time and displays it in your browser. The Service does not upload, modify, or delete content on YouTube on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.
Do not scrape, mass-export, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the YouTube API or this Service.
Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, quotas, or security controls.
Do not use the Service to harvest personal information or build unauthorised databases of YouTube data.
Do not download, store, or redistribute YouTube audiovisual content except as permitted by YouTube’s terms.
Do not misrepresent TubeStatPro metrics as official YouTube statistics.
Do not use the Service to automate views, likes, comments, subscriptions, or other YouTube interactions.

4. API quota and availability

The Service is subject to YouTube Data API quota limits. We may throttle or temporarily block requests that exceed reasonable per-user limits to protect service quality. Data is fetched live; we do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or completeness of API responses.

5. Branding and attribution

YouTube videos, thumbnails, channel metadata and other API content remain the property of their respective owners. TubeStatPro displays YouTube Brand Features in accordance with the YouTube API Services Branding Guidelines. This product uses the YouTube Data API v3 but is not endorsed or certified by YouTube.

6. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense. Ads help keep TubeStatPro free. Advertising and analytics scripts load only after you accept the Privacy Policy consent gate. Ad content is controlled by Google and its partners; we do not guarantee the relevance or nature of every ad shown. Do not click ads fraudulently or encourage others to do so.

7. Intellectual property

The Service’s user interface, source code and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or resell the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability or fitness for any particular purpose. YouTube data may change at any time.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
